APPETIZERS

NACHOS
  • Corn tortilla chips that are cooked to order topped with mixed cheese, diced tomatoes, scallions, jalapenos, and drizzled with a cilantro infused sour cream accompanied with a side of tomatillo salsa.

SMOKED GOUDA SPINACH DIP
  • A warm blend of smoked gouda, cream cheese, and finely sliced baby spinach served alongside house made baguette, fresh corn tortilla chips and piadina pieces.
PANKO CRUSTED BRIE
  • Double cream brie that has been rolled in a panko crust and fried golden brown then topped with a mango chutney. Served with house made baguette and piadina pieces.
STACKED QUESADILLA
  • A small flour tortilla base layered with mixed cheese, black beans, diced tomatoes, scallions, and jalapenos topped with another tortilla then finished with tomatillo salsa and cilantro sour cream.
    Add chicken, pulled pork or sliced brisket.
LOUISIANA CALAMARI
  • Panko crusted calamari rings that are deep fried then tossed in our creole seasoning and served with a tangy remoulade dipping sauce.
MAC’N’CHEESE SQUARES
  • Two large squares of house made Mac’n’Cheese rolled in a panko crust and deep fried. Served with a side of our pomodoro sauce for dipping.
CAJUN SHRIMP SKEWERS
  • Two skewers of three shrimp sauteed in garlic butter and a southern cajun spice blend then presented over an apple and cabbage slaw.

  • Served by the pound and accompanied with crudites and house made blue cheese sauce.

NY STRIP LOIN
  • 10oz. grilled NY strip loin steak grilled to your liking served alongside grainy dijon mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

THAI CURRY
  • Julienned carrots, bell peppers, and onions simmered in a green thai coconut curry sauce and served over arborio rice.

  • A mixture of sweet bell peppers, broccoli, sweet potatoes and portobello mushrooms dipped in a light tempura batter and fried with an Asian inspired dipping sauce accompaniment.
BANTY BATONS
  • Thin sliced chicken breast which has been marinated and breaded in a southern style dredge and served alongside your choice of sauce. A new favorite for all of us here. 13

  • Shredded Brussel sprouts mixed with a Dijon & Cider vinaigrette and tossed with peameal bacon, pecans and hard boiled egg.
GRASS ROOTS CHILI
  • A warming bowl of vegetarian chili containing sweet peppers, carrots, onions, kidney and black beans and finished with fried chickpeas and mixed cheese meted over top. Toasted baguette is there to clean this tasty bowl.

  • A trio of bite sized muffuletta sandwiches served on small ciabatta buns and layered with peameal bacon, salami, a mixed olive salad and smoked gouda cheese.
CANUCK CRISTO
  • Sliced roast turkey, peameal bacon, white cheddar cheese served warm between two pieces of french toast with maple syrup on the side, but best drizzled on top.

SOUTHERN FRIED STEAK
  • 6oz steak coated in our southern seasoned breading, fried to a medium finish and topped with our house made buttermilk ranch sauce. Accompanied with Mississippi Mud mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY
  • A combination of our pulled pork, slow roasted brisket, and barbequed chicken leg, served with our heirloom carrot slaw and corn bread.
CHICKEN & WAFFLES
  • A chicken leg and thigh coated in our southern breading and fried then layed over a soft, fluffy waffle and then drizzled with a cherry bourbon maple syrup. It's an entree but it could be dessert.
